The Loss Prevention Department offers training videos to our pool members at no cost. These videos are on a variety of subjects from back injury prevention to safe vehicle operations to hazardous materials safety to office safety. Each video deals with a specific hazard and gives useful and practical techniques that can be used to help prevent accidents and possibility suits. To receive the maximum benefit from the videos, they should be viewed by as many applicable employees as possible. The reasonable length makes these videos perfect to fit into a thirty minute safety meeting, department head meetings and, more important, employee crew meetings. We request that you do not let your employees take the videos home to watch. If your county has problems with access to a video player/monitor, we suggest that you try the local public school, vo-tech center or library. A maximum of two videos may be checked out for two weeks. The videos are to be returned in a padded envelope and insured for $100 each.
