Kansas DOL Compliance. The KDOL is responsible for enforcing workplace safety regulations for cities, counties, and school districts. We are consistently seeing counties being cited for not having policies and training for five specific areas of employee safety. KWORCC’s intent is to pass along the information that will hopefully allow you to be compliant with their rules when the inspectors do show up.
